Add a completed session. Sessions on the same date are added together automatically.

Connect Strava to review and import recent sessions. Activities recorded by a watch need to appear in your Strava account first.
Import a watch file
Export a GPX or TCX activity from your fitness app, choose the file below, then review it before saving. FIT files are not supported yet.
Only the activity summary is saved. GPS coordinates and the original file are not uploaded.

Day totals use the activity date shown. How completion and your data work
A day completes when your logged movement reaches 20 minutes. Several sessions can contribute, and additional minutes do not complete a second day. The score shows completed dates within the last 30 days; the total minutes figure includes your full history. You can delete an entry to correct it.
Your activity records are linked to your signed-in ChatGPT account and stored on this site. Manual entries and watch-file summaries are self-reported. Duplicate imports of the same file or Strava activity are skipped; logging the same session through different sources can still create a duplicate, so check the history before saving. Existing browser-only tick counts are not converted into activities because they contain no dates or durations.
Strava imports are selected by you, not continuously synced in the background. Only activities visible to the connection are available. Disconnect stops future access from this site; you can also revoke HonourMission in Strava's app settings. Imported entries stay in your history until you delete them.
